Cooling engineered around the machine.
Our Proprietary Machine Cooling Products provide compact, dependable heat transfer for critical machinery and equipment operating across industrial, nuclear and conventional power generation, defence and marine environments.
From oil and water cooling to specialist air cooling applications, we engineer solutions around the equipment they support, delivering reliable thermal performance where space, operating conditions and long-term dependability matter.

Designed around the application.
Machine cooling is rarely a one-size-fits-all requirement. Different equipment, operating environments and duty cycles create very different demands.
We consider the complete application, including thermal load, available space, materials, fluid conditions, maintenance requirements and operating environment, to develop a cooling solution that integrates effectively with the equipment around it.
Performance you can rely on.
The performance of critical machinery depends on maintaining the right operating conditions over time.
Our cooling products are engineered for consistent heat transfer, robust construction and dependable operation, helping protect equipment, maintain performance and minimise the risk of unplanned downtime.

Compact by design.
Space is often at a premium, particularly within marine, defence and complex industrial installations.
We combine thermal performance with practical, compact design to deliver cooling products that work efficiently within the physical constraints of the wider system, without compromising reliability or maintainability.
Built on experience.
Our experience extends into some of the most demanding machinery environments. Across the UK nuclear power station fleet, Serck designs have supported safety-critical plant including Emergency Diesel Generators, Gas Circulators, Generator Transformers and Boiler Feed Pumps amongst others.
Our naval heritage is equally significant, with specialist cooling equipment developed for nuclear-powered and diesel-electric submarines, as well as surface vessels. Applications include lubricating oil, fresh water, battery and charge air cooling, all engineered around the demanding constraints of naval service.
Many of these products originate from long-established Serck and UK MOD designs, developed to applicable Naval Engineering and Defence Standards, with requirements now reflected in standards including DEF STAN 02-329 and DEF STAN 08-123. We continue to apply that proven design heritage today, combining retained OEM knowledge with modern materials, manufacturing and assurance requirements.
